Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. A 5% credit card handling fee will be applied.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
We ship orders in the UK up to a value of £300 by First Class Post. Orders in excess of £300 are sent by RMSD (Royal Mail Special Delivery).
EU and Rest of the World orders are sent Recorded Airmail.
Delivery Schedule
Depending on the time of receipt, your order will be sent the same or next working day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders received from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added, unless you have an exemption certificate, in which case click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero, and you must provide a VAT exemption certificate.
For orders received from the EEC, VAT will not be charged if you provide your VAT registration number and click the exempt button. VAT will be applied at 17.5% for customers who do not provide their VAT number.
For orders received from elsewhere, no VAT will be applied - please click the exempt button.

Returns Policy
Should you order the wrong product by mistake, we will replace with the correct product. Credit will be made on return of undamaged goods less shipping costs. Products ordered in error and not replaced may be subject to a handing charge.
Remittance Terms
Our payment terms for customers with account facilities are net 30 days (i.e. by the end of the month following invoice date). Credit Card payments will only be taken when the product has been shipped. |
